"Perfect location and exceptionally beautiful area. Very quiet, but close to busier places if you want amenities and excitement. Convenient and secure parking. Staff was nice, but neglected to give us the separate pool key fobs. It took us a few days to figure it out (information pamphlet referred to an access code that didn't work) but would have appreciated that access on day one. The only glitch to a wonderful stay. Highly recommend. "

"Stay was amazing! Quiet, beautiful and peaceful. We had a hot water issue first day but was rectified very quickly. Service was excellent!One suggestion would be to upgrade the bedding. We found it a little uncomfortable."

"Great apartment in a nice complex. The apartment is very comfortable and is adequately equipped. The view of the Mediterranean Sea is exceptional from the large balcony. The grounds of the apartment complex are well maintained and clean. The location is convenient near Torrox Costa and Nerja."

"The property had a strong cleaning solution odor to cover up the smell of smoke and animals. The room had a musty, stale smell to it. There were numerous ants everywhere in the rooms. Additionally, the parking spot for our room was completely unreasonable as you could not park a normal size car and open the door. It said that it had pool access, but there was no pool access. There was no AC either. The one bedroom exterior access door could not be locked shut. We messaged the owner about the ants as well as the pool access and never heard anything back. We had to call to get the Wi-Fi information because it wasn’t provided on any paperwork. The views were beautiful, and the area was beautiful, and the exterior deck was amazing to eat at. We would not stay here or with this company again in the future."

"We after arriving late at night & weary we woke up to a beautiful view. The apartment was spotless, the area so peaceful. We had a problem with a blocked shower tray, we reported on the Botchat & to our suprise a plumber was there within 15 minutes and had it fixed in no time. The only thing that could have improved our stay due to late arrival maybe a small welcome pack.We very much enjoyed our 8 days & will be booking again soon."

"All staff were friendly and approachable to meet your every wish. A family oriented hotel with many children running around which for some of us could be a nuisance. But overall something for everyone."

"Could be great with some policy changes. Room was totally fine (but paper thin walls), buffet totally fine (though vegetarians are basically stuck with the salad bar every meal), location was nice, pools are beautiful when actually open. The main issue with this place is that they put hideous brown fencing around the pools whenever they're not open, and they don't open until 10am even in summer (by which time kids will have been up about 3hrs), which means you're sat at breakfast looking out onto what looks like an ugly construction site. They're also a bit lazy and on cool days when they think not many people will want to swim, they only remove a couple of the fences at the pool steps, leaving an eyesore all day! We understood the safety reasons for the fences, but they need to be removed at sunrise every day without fail and left off until sunset, with the lifeguard hours matched accordingly. It really ruins the experience of the hotel and could be fixed so easily. Evening entertainment is low-budget karaoke, pub quiz, magic show etc. The one and only bar has 25 tables for about 150 rooms so get there early as most people don't fit and had to leave, either heading into Nerja or spending the evenings in the room. Overall, currently feels like a cheap and cheerful 2 or 3-star hotel, but could so easily be much better! Fix the fencing times, add hot vegetarian options at the buffet, and create an alternative evening bar / cafe area. Not sure if we'll ever go back. "
