“First and foremost the property was not anything like the pictures provided. The photos showed a crisp new residence, we walked into a well used and abused rental. Not very clean, a lot of hack job maintenance. The beds were pretty bad, very hard, and what’s up with a 32” TV! Thankfully we came to see the sights and activities which were great. The people at the resort were all top notch, that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The amenities were great! The weather and scenery beautiful!”

“This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool……

“I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location was excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which contributed to a great night’s sleep. I would gladly……

“Mi estadía en Palmas del Mar View 1, en Humacao, Puerto Rico, superó completamente mis expectativas. Desde el momento de mi llegada hasta la salida, todo fue fenomenal. El lugar estaba muy limpio, cómodo, organizado y bien cuidado. Me sentí muy a gusto durante toda mi estadía. Me encantó tener la facilidad de poder cocinar, ya que esto brinda mucha comodidad cuando uno está viajando. También fue excelente tener Walmart y otras tiendas cerca, haciendo mucho más fácil conseguir cualquier cosa……

“We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap……
