「Will choose this hotel again when return to Madrid 」

「Very nice clean room: a little small perhaps but not oppressively so, and I'm guessing this kind of room size might be typical of the kind of building it was located in. Great central location, in particular was spot-on perfect for my wish to visit all of the 'big 3' art museums. Staff friendly and helpful but discreet, as befitting the kind of hotel it is. The two gentlemen I interacted with both spoke English well. Recommended.」

「Good location and friendly services.」

「Loved the quaint room. Located in easy area to all areas. Staff very helpful with luggage!」

「Poor service, took hours to deliver serval items. air con not working at the beginning, needed to call to activate. But nice location and interior design. 」

「Room for 8 was booked and guests of both sexes would be arranged in the same room. No dorm bed curtains is fixed which other hostels I accommodated had it.」

「The property was very clean, the spaces were exactly as they looked in the pictures. Very comfortable beds so we got the best rest. Location can’t be beat. You are close to everything! We would stay here again and recommend to anyone who comes to Madrid!!」
