very good staff and provided very usful information for travelers.

The staff are super helpful and friendly, front desk, concierge and the manager on duty are so efficient and helped us with all our needs

Location was busy but nice to be in the center of things. Loved the decor. AC worked well. Despite being a smaller room, felt spacious enough to move around even with 2 people. Had an issue with the front desk staff. When I checked in, there was an open bottle of water that had already been used. I called to get new bottles which were promptly brought to me. But then 15 min later I received a call to tell me I was wrong and that the bottle normally looks that way. I know what a used bottle of water looks like and my boyfriend had seen it too. Why would the staff feel it’s necessary to call and be so insulting to insinuate I couldn’t tell the difference? You gave me my bottle, move on. Left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole trip. Will not be returning if that’s the way you treat your guests. Unfortunate because I’m planning another trip soon and otherwise was looking forward to staying there again.
