「The cabin was nestled far enough back from the road with great surrounding trees that it felt very private and quiet. We loved the cabin, it was clean and cute and had everything we needed! Perfect town for a quiet getaway, beach, history, dining, it was perfect!」

「We stayed here for two nights with my parents and our three children. It is a beautiful rustic log cabin in the woods surrounded by trees. We enjoyed using the stone log fireplace every evening. The kitchen has the basics and the beds were comfortable. The cabin has baseboard heaters. The location was very convenient to Boothbay Harbor.」

「Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. 」

Sprucewold was gorgeous, with the beach club being immaculate.I’ve stayed many places in Lincoln County, ME and this is a good one. Especially if you’re looking for a family friendly, dog friendly, clean cabin.」
