「We drove up for a baseball game with family and rather all staying in separate hotel rooms we chose to get a house that could accamodate all of us! This house was the perfect fit for us! They even provided toys for our littles { 4, 2, 1, and infant} We truly loved it! Will definitely be visiting again!」

「We stayed at the Cleveland House while attending a Valais sheep show at the fairgrounds. It was only 6 minutesaway and so convenient! The house was perfect and everything was so clean and in great condition. The beds were super comfortable!We will definitely stay here again!」

「The house was in a nice nieghborhood and easy to find. The house was as described and reasonably priced. It could have been a little cleaner and the towels and bedding were not great quality. Just hand soap in the bathrooms and one hair dryer. The master bath toilet needs a reset ( loose and small leak) and the washing machine needs to be cleaned.」

「Home was very clean and cozy. Close to airport, Grays Lake Park and downtown. Worked out well to give us a nice space to visit and relax. Close to grocery. Appears neighborhood is being revitalized.」

「Very nice place was great for the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms each couple had their own bathroom which made it great. Nice private place.」

「Stayed with four couples for weekend of catching up, games, and big meals. We all loved it. Nice big spaces for us to cook and eat together. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and an easy walk to shopping in the square. Will come again. The Peanut Bar was a favorite for bloody Marys and mules.」

「Great location and price for 3 BR downtown area. Straight forward check in and check out. Comfortable beds. Poorer neighborhood (but poor doesn't mean dangerous). House remodeled. As pictured - small house but what we needed. (Note the oven is a small apartment oven not full size). Would definitely stay again.」

「Dan was a great host! He let me know when he or his team were coming to cut the grass, take care of outdoor trash etc The house was larger than I expected The street is a dead end street far from the highway so there is no road noise. The mattresses are firm」

「What an awesome loft in downtown Des Moines. Everything was as we expected. City living and access to tons of restaurants and shopping. Our Host was on point and made sure that we received a 5-Star experience and we did! The dog area on the 6th floor was perfect for our Papillion Loco.」
