Charming with amazing views

Such a charming house. We really loved everything about the location of the house. The views of the lake are amazing and it was comfortable for us with 6 in our travel party. It is a outside of Menaggio, a car or a bus ride is needed to get to and from the village.

Cool stay with relaxation

The house was good, but photos published not accurate it shows bigger space and didn’t mention that the second bathroom was in basement far from bedrooms.

Great view, but that's about all that's positive...

This property has an incredible view high above the lake. The location requires a car, but is not too far of a drive from Menaggio. The apartment itself could use some improvement. There was a musty smell on the main floor, and we were unable to use the top floor at all because it smelled so strongly of cigarettes. The furniture is all stained. The WIFI is very unreliable. The vanity/sinks in the bathroom are leaning/pulling away from the wall which causes the water not to drain properly from the sink. There were light bulbs that needed to be replaced. Overall, I would not recommend.

This place is about 15 minutes drive uphill on a winy road from the city. The unit is in a very old building. the inside is remodeled but the infrastructure is old. One of the 2 bathrooms is in the basement where it looks like a storage.

- Effectivement la vue est magnifique mais attention !!! le seul extérieur (balcon pour 2 personnes) n’ est accessible que par une chambre au 1er étage et non par la pièce à vivre (annonce peu explicite) - Nous avons subi des odeurs d’égouts insupportables - Nous avons contacté l’agence Lake Como Holidays qui a dépêché un technicien en notre absence et qui dit n’avoir rien remarqué de particulier !! - En quittant les lieux, nous avons enlevé nos draps. Et Là !!! pas d’alèses et matelas très tachés !!! répugnant !! - Les salles de bain et WC qui ne ferment pas à clé - En conclusion : nous ne recommandons pas cette location

Magnifique vue sur le lac de Come

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Plesio. La maison sur 3 etages est au calme, bien equipée avec une vue superbe sur le lac par toutes les fenêtres. Elle est située à environ 10 min du centre de Menaggio en voiture. Nous recommandons cette location pour un séjour en famille. Il est difficile de trouver une place sur le parking au dessus de la location mais nous avons pu nous garer sur la route sans trop de problème.

Superbe séjour dans les hauteurs du lac de Côme!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la villa de Plesio dans les hauteurs de Menaggio. Le logement est propre et très bien équipé. La vue sur le lac de Côme depuis le balcon est splendide. L’agence est réactive. Un problème d’évacuation d’eau sur une vasque n’a pas été résolu mais la deuxième était parfaitement fonctionnelle. Nous reviendrons très certainement!

Für ein Wochenende am Comer See, sehr gute Unterkunft

Wir sind für ein Wochenende mit der Familie an den Comer See verreist und haben uns für das Haus in Plesio entschieden, was für uns vermutlich die beste Entscheidung war! Die Unterkunft war mit dem Auto super zu erreichen, von Menaggio keine 10min entfernt. Von dort kann man jegliche weiteren Orte mit der Fähre besichtigen, oder einem privaten Wassertaxi. Die Aussicht der Unterkunft ist unglaublich schön und man kann das schöne Örtchen Varenna sehen, auf der anderen Seeseite. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und an Wohn-Utensilien ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (einzig die Kaffeemaschinen ließen etwas zu wünschen übrig, dafür gibt es in Menaggio aber super Cafés ☺️ ). Leider gibt es nur einen first-come, first-serve Parkplatz und die Unterkunft ist nicht einfach zu finden, jedoch ist die Wegbeschreibung der Vermietung super und mit dieser an der Hand, haben wir die Unterkunft gut gefunden 👍 Für sechs Personen und ein Wochenende hat die Plesio Rustica Panoramica also alles geliefert, was wir brauchten!

Schönes Haus mit Blick auf den Lago di Como

Die Wegbeschreibung zum Haus war perfekt und wir haben alles auf Anhieb gefunden. Das Haus sah wie auf den Fotos aus. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Insgesamt war gut geputzt und fast alles sehr sauber. Das einzige was auffiel war, dass die Couch sehr viele Flecken hatte und mal wieder gereinigt werden musste. Außerdem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Wir waren aber alles in allem sehr zu frieden.

Gorgeous Home off the Beaten Path

This house was beautiful with the most amazing views of the lake, set up in the hillside. The beds were comfortable and the showers were SO nice. Make sure you plan a taxi ahead of time if you're not driving and arriving in the evening, we did have some trouble finding a cab from the ferry, and it is an uphill trek especially with luggage. We got it sorted out and it was worth it to stay in such a gorgeous location, and the price was unbeatable!

Plesio Rustico Panoramica

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Ihrem Haus in Plesio. Von außen recht unscheinbar wie alle Häuser in diesem sehr authentischen Dorf, von innen großzügig und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, ist es ein toller Platz zum Genießen. Die Aussicht ist erstklassig, der kleine Balkon ein perfekter Platz für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder eine Flasche Wein am Abend. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Zweimal hatten wir Probleme mit der Heizung fürs Heißwasser, was jedoch von Ihrem Servicepersonal kurzfristig behoben wurde. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, gute Restaurants sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist La Vecchia Magnolia. Die Parkplatzsituation am Ort ist nicht optimal, es findet sich jedoch an der Straße immer ein freies Plätzchen. Wer außerhalb des Rummels am See eine ruhige und authentische Unterkunft sucht, ist mit diesem Haus bestens bedient. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
