  • Located inside the village of Breglia, a small hamlet in the municipality of Plesio, it is ideal for holidays in peace and quiet. It is the starting point for those who love trekking, with pedestrian paths that reach the top of the mountain with splendid views of the center of Lake Como or that run halfway up the street called the ancient Regina that connected the various villages in the middle mountain. From here you can easily reach the most renowned locations in the center of the lake such as Menaggio and Bellagio and visit the splendid villas on the lake, such as villa Carlotta in Tremezzo villa Balbianello in Lenno or villa Melzi in Bellagio.
    The newly renovated apartment is accessed only pedestrianly, leaving the car in the parking area and covering approximately 100 m on foot. At a distance of about 100 m there is a Bar / restaurant, where you can have lunch or dinner with a tourist menu.
    The apartment has 4 beds + 1 (sofa bed), is located on the second floor of the building and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a kitchen / living room. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, electric fan heater. Washing machine, satellite TV, WiFi. FREE. Small balcony.

RELAX IN MONTAGNA

Località molto tranquilla, immersa nel verde e suggestiva. Dal balconcino si vede il Lago di Como. Ottimo punto di partenza per belle escursioni: Porlezza e Lago di Lugano, Menaggio, Varenna, Bellagio e le splendide ville. Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile.

Calme et tranquillité absolus !

Pour ceux qui rêvent d'évasion et de tranquillité dans un village pittoresque qui n'a rien perdu de son authenticité. Ambiance typique d'un petit village italien perché dans la montagne où l'on se sent étonnamment vite chez soi ! Randonnées à souhait, ballades en pleine nature, accès direct au bus (20 min jusqu'au lac). Propriétaire très aimable et voisine (parlant français) aux petits soins, tout en discrétion. Accès à l'appartement en quelques minutes à pieds depuis la place du village. Intérieur rénové , très propre et confortable, wifi sur place, petit balcon sympa où l'on peut prendre ses repas (pas de jardin). Peu spacieux mais suffisant pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Seul bémol : aucun commerce sur place (magasin-boulangerie au village voisin - 5 min en voiture, inaccessible à pieds). Nous sommes restés 12 jours et notre seul regret est... d'avoir dû quitter ce petit havre de paix que nous recommandons certainement ! For those who dream of escape and tranquility in a picturesque village that has lost none of its authenticity. Typical atmosphere of a small Italian village perched in the mountains where one feels surprisingly quickly at home! Hiking at will, walks in the countryside , direct access to the bus ( 20 minutes to the lake ) . Owner very kind . neighbor ( French speaking) Care, while discretion. Access to the apartment a few minutes walk from the village square. Renovated interior , very clean and comfortable , wifi on site, nice little balcony where one can have meals ( no garden ) . Few but spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children . Only downside: no trade on site (store - bakery in the neighboring village - 5 min drive , inaccessible by foot ) . We stayed 12 days and our only regret is ... to have to leave this little haven of peace ... we definitely recommend !
