Your independent holiday home is on two levels: - On the ground floor : Independent kitchen, a large living room, a 22 m² veranda offering another dining area, lounge area with connected wall-mounted TV, A bathroom with shower A separate toilet, A bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, An independent room to store your suitcases or room service for baby - Upstairs : A 13 m² landing with office area and rest area with TV, A bedroom with 1 120x190 bed, A bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, A bedroom with 1 200x200 bed, A bathroom with shower and WC Exteriors: House on a large unfenced plot of 1500 m², benefiting from an enclosed terrace of 15 m², an outdoor SPA, available all year round, is located at the rear of the gîte, (the exterior facilities are currently in finishing courses). Two parking spaces are available at the entrance to your rental, in the driveway. On a 1500 m² property, spacious independent house, located near a farm just 4 km from St-Efflam beach, one of the largest in the department, at low tide this beach is impressive. It stands out as one of the emblematic places for sand yachting in Brittany. Every year, the bay hosts the Vent de Grève festival, an unmissable event for kite flyers from all over the world. Don't miss the Saint-Efflam horse races every summer, a unique event on this ephemeral racecourse. After your visits, you can fully relax by taking advantage of the SPA made available just for you! Ideal rental to discover the Côtes de Granit Rose from St Michel en Grèves to Perros-Guirec.

We had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful well equipped house. The owner Hervaline was very helpful and friendly host. The house was spotlessly clean and exactly as in the pictures. It was in quiet rural area but only a couple of minutes from the beach shops and restaurants, we would highly recommend this property to anyone..
