Holiday house of 2000, contemporary, extra comfort and quiet. Impregnable sea view on the Sillon de Talbert (classified remarkable site) and on the archipelago of Bréhat. Access to the beach and the GR34 at the end of the garden! 6 bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms (bedding 160/200) on the ground floor with bathroom (shower or bath) and toilet each, including 3 with a sea view. 1 bedroom loft with 1 double bed (140/190) and 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190) upstairs. Spa (Jacuzzi) heated all year and secure for children. Living room sea view of 50m2 including living room fireplace (wood included in the price) with plasma tv and dining room. Kitchen and scullery equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, 2 fridges with freezer, dishwasher, 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, coffee makers (1 Nespresso and 1 collective), toaster, kettle, ...

Le gîte correspond à ce que nous en attendions. très agréable avec belle vue sur le sillon Talbert séjour salon très spacieux cuisine plus étroite belles chambres au RDC très bien situé ce qui nous a permis de faire la côte , des 2 cotés dont Ploumanac'h avec ses granits roses mais aussi visiter Tréguier , le château de la Roche Jagu .....

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille. La maison est idéale avec des enfants ,grand jardin , près de la plage et des chemins de randonnées. La disposition des chambres permet aussi que des jeunes enfants ne réveillent pas tout le monde.La vue du salon est magnifique.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison pour des retrouvailles familiales, et la maison est très agréable! La grande salle de vie est particulièrement appréciable, avec vue sur la mer et spa. Le contact avec la propriétaire s'est bien passé, aucun problème pour le check-in et le check-out. Je recommande!

nous sommes arrivées le samedi a 17 ,nous avons fait le tour avec la personne qui s'occupe du ménage et de l'accueil RAS. Apres nous être installé, nous nous sommes aperçu que deux mécanisme de chasse d'eau wc du rdc ne fonctionnaient pas dont 1 wc l'abattant bougé, nous avons réussi a réparer un mécanisme de chasse d'eau Dans une chambre toujours au rdc ( attention l'eau chaude se trouve a droite sur le lavabo), Au rdc des moutons de poussières sous un lit . pour info les 2 chambres a l'étage sont faite uniquement pour des enfants, ou ado.vu la hauteur sous toit et nécessiterait un coin toilette Attention aussi au portail il ne ferme pas correctement ,par grand vent nous l'avons retrouvé ouvert et battant. Tout cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passé un très bon séjour avec une maison agréable.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison spacieuse, lumineuse et bien équipée. Vincent et Christine ont été très réactif en intervenant rapidement pour remplacer un appareil dont les précédents locataires avaient emporté l'alimentation! On avait tous envie d'y rester plus longtemps

Das Haus liegt an einer schönen Bucht mitten im Vogel-&Austerngebiet und bietet viel Natur. Der Preis ist aber für die Qualität des Hauses viel zu hoch. Diverse billige Baumaterialien(Tapeten,Bäder)und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit haben zu Schimmelstellen geführt. Keine ÖV!

We had a great time and the spacious and light house right next to the beach. The nice kitchen with 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, and 2 fridges helped us to a lot. The jacuzzi was a nice addition, our kids spent many hour in it (although for the adults the water could have been a touch warmer). A great garden as well. I would recommend to bring your own towels, as the towels for rent are only one per person and therefore somewhat pricey. Also while the WiFi is good and fast enough, it does not reach the whole house.

Prachtige ligging! Unieke ervaring! De keuken is heel klein voor een huis voor12 personen. Maar heeft wel de noodzakelijke uitrusting. 2 ruime koelkasten met vriezer. 2 wasmachines en droogkassen. Mooie ruime living. Het sanitair is verouderd en aan vervanging toe in de rechter blok ( 1 toilet loopt continu door, ander staat niet vast en is vies, douche veel te klein je kan niet eens bukken om je voeten te wassen). 1 badkamer in de linker blok is prima. De andere had een losse douchekop waardoor je die constant moet vasthouden tijdens het douchen. Goeie en propere matrassen. Heerlijke jacouzi. Het huis was niet proper bij aankomst. Dit was een tegenvaller bij de start van het verlof. De host was heel vriendelijk maar woont in een ander arrondissement, zij liet de de kost voor de poetsbeurt vallen. We hadden een heerlijk verblijf. Maar voor de hoge huurprijs moet het sanitair in de 2 kamers dringend vernieuwd worden. En laat de netheid te wensen over in het hele huis.

Très belle maison au calme et très bien équipée. L'accueil à été très chaleureux. Nous avons bien profitez du SPA. Accès à la plage au bout du jardin. Paysages magnifiques, belle découverte du Sillon de Talbert. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable !!!

Malgré un accueil plus que moyen ( ok nous sommes arrivés vers 15h ) elle nous a sèchement envoyé ( promené). Vitres pas faite ….. à oui c’est vrai on est arrivés trop tôt. Cela dit elle nous a quand même accueilli à 16h52. Il faisait très froid dans le gîte nous avons donc eu un supplément de 70€ pour nous chauffer la semaine. Impossible de fermer la porte de wc dans la corridor. Une serviette par personne en location ( 10 € quand même). Bref pas vraiment enchantée du gîte et des commodités. Reste belle endroit et d’agréables balades.
