  • Welcome to Loguivy de la Mer, in this pretty house that will charm you with its sea view, its quality services and the proximity to the beach.
    You will be charmed by this pretty house, renovated in 2016, located in Loguivy de la mer, in a residential area. This small fishing village will offer you a superb change of scenery and all the amenities nearby (bar, grocery store, pizzeria, restaurant, fishmonger, crêperie).
    400 m away you will reach Roc'h Hir beach and its nautical center with sailing and sea kayaking activities or 600 m from Ouern beach. The island of Bréhat (pier 6 km away), Paimpol (5 km away) with its lively port all year round and its market on Tuesday mornings, the Beauport Abbey will be as many unmissable visits during your stay. The nearby GR34 (400 m) for beautiful walks in a preserved and wild environment will lead you to the rock of birds or along the Trieux.
    Most of this accommodation: the small sea view from the living room and the bedroom upstairs. Your vacation rental with a small sea view includes on r. d.c: fitted kitchen, living room, lounge with wood stove (a first outbreak free), bathroom with shower and wc. Upstairs: a first bedroom of 12 m2 (1 double bed 140x190) with shower room, a second bedroom of 7. 8 m2 (2 single beds 90x190), wc. Courtyard of 90 m2 on the front of the house and garden of 60 m2 on the back. Possibility to store nautical equipment (kayak, paddle, windsurfing, .....) at the back of the house or in the carport and necessary to rinse it outside.
    You can also discover the Museum of the Sea, the Cliffs circuit, the Talbert furrow, the Plougrescant chasm, the town of Perros-guirec and the pink granite coast: Ploumanac'h (favorite village of the French in 2015) without forget the historical heritage (Castle of La Roche-Jagu, Cathedral of Tréguier, Temple of Lanleff, etc ...).

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben. Gemütlich und geschmackvoll dekoriert. In dem kleinen Garten konnte man schön entspannen und vor dem Haus konnte man den Aperitif nehmen und dabei mit Passanten und Nachbarn ins Gespräch kommen. Hervorzuheben ist auch der wunderbare Ausblick! Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

Très joli gite, fonctionnel et au calme. Excellent accueil par Gwen la personne chargée de nous remettre les clés.Attention, pour les personnes qui comme nous viendront sans véhicule, il y a beaucoup de dénivelé... bonne condition physique ou vélo à assistance électrique indispensable. Ce coin du GR 34 est magnifique !

Wunderbarer Urlaub in traumhafter Location

Das Haus liegt im Herzen der zauberhaften Gemeinde Loguivy-de-la-mer. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen: ein großer, offener Wohn- und Essbereich, eine funktionale Küche mit allen Gerätschaften und sehr viel Geschirr, um auch wirklich jeden Tag schön französisch zu kochen. Möglichst mit Fisch vom freundlichen Fischhändler vor Ort. Die Dusche im gemütlichen Schlafzimmer bietet den Blick zum Meer, sehr raffiniert und stimmungsvoll. Wir haben intensiv die Umgebung erkundet, vor allem die Ile de Bréhat hat uns gut gefallen, aber auch die vielen interessanten, nahe gelegenen Küstenabschnitte. - Wir können das Haus und den Ort nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Perfectly placed for exploring the area

We were met at the property by Gwen, who only spoke French, but as I did too, that was fine. She showed us around and was very helpful. The cottage had everything we needed except towels which I had forgotten about, so we had to buy some! It was a bit quirky, with part of the main bedroom given over to a shower and sink, but we tended to use the other one downstairs, which was fine. The property has a lovely garden at the back which is quite secluded, with an area for sitting out and a BBQ. There is also a parking bay by the side of the house, which was very handy.The coastal views on the way downhill to the village are breathtaking. There are lots of beautiful walks along the coast, easily accessed from the house. It is the most beautiful and interesting (geologically) coastline and unlike anything I have seen before (in UK)We seem to have arrived in this part of Brittany before the tourist season was in full swing, so lots of places were still closed, but that didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves. Our host, Sebastian, met us on the day of our departure and was charming.We had a great week exploring the north coast from this comfortable cottage - even though the weather was rather colder and windier than we had expected!

LOGUIVY de la mer, coup de coeur.

Une semaine ne suffit pas pour visiter cette magnifique région. Les sentiers côtiers, une végétation luxuriante, petits villages de caractère, en un mot, il faut revenir. Nous avons apprécié la visite en fin de séjour des propriétaires, charmants en l'occurrence. Leur maison en pierres est très agréable, et la vue sur mer un régal.

Aufwendig renoviertes Fischerhäuschen mit Lage auf einem Plateau, von dem man einen grandiosen Ausblick auf die von Felsen durchsetzte, wunderschöne bretonische Küste hat. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Der kleine Hafenort ist in der Zeit bis Mitte Juli noch sehr ruhig. Kleiner Sandstrand in 5 Min. bergab zu erreichen und auch für Kinder schön.
