The bed was comfy, there were several English tv channels including BBC1 and 2, ITV and channel 4. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and well planned. The breakfast was all self service. 「The staff was helpful in solving the issue while the event in the old city forbids any taxi coming in to pick us up. She was resourceful in getting an electric bike and get our luggage and then ourselves to the train station.」
