This large house surrounded by an enclosed garden of 1500m² is ideally located in the Diben area, a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Port Blanc. On 200 m² there is plenty of space to accommodate one or two families. Indeed, families with children are welcome here. There are 6 bedrooms, including a small baby room and a larger room nicely furnished for young children. The living area is spacious and after a day of swimming or walking, you can spend pleasant evenings around the fire in the living room. The large south-facing terrace is adjacent to the kitchen and invites you to enjoy sunny outdoor meals. There is a laundry room in the garage where you can also store your beach gear. The eight beaches belonging to the commune of Plougasnou are located at the eastern end of the Bay of Morlaix and are spread over more than 17 km of coastline. From the Pointe de Primel, to the port of Diben, via the beaches of Trégastel, Port Blanc, Guerzit, St Samson and Térénez. The coast, still very natural here, offers a panorama always changing with the rhythm of the tides. The white sandy beaches attract swimmers; the imposing rock formations invite climbing and, at low tide, fishermen and shell collectors fill their nets and baskets. The GR 34 hiking trail around Morlaix Bay is particularly popular with nature lovers and hikers. Not far from there, the megalithic site of Barnenez, even older than the Egyptian pyramids, is a real curiosity. A trip to the port and spa town of Roscoff or to the neighbouring town of Morlaix with its unique architecture offers a variety of pleasures. To the east, the Pink Granite Coast can be reached in just half an hour by car.
