Fisherman's house recently renovated 100m from a small port and a family beach "Le Vieux Passage" located along the Ria d'Etel and close to the large dune site Gâvres - Quiberon.
Quiet, close to the coastal paths (GR 34), this house will welcome you for a peaceful vacation (beach, visit, fishing ...) or sports (hiking, windsurfing, kite-surfing, cycling ...) .
The equipment of the house is complete. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, nespresso ... The lounge area: leather sofa, pellet stove, 107cm LCD TV, home cinema, Bluetooth speaker, internet, PS3. The bathroom: shower, wc. Upstairs two bedrooms with TV. Bedroom 1: 1 king size bed (160x200), bedroom 2: 2 beds (90x190) overlooking the estuary.
Quiet terrace enclosed by walls with garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower (back from the beach).
Heating included, bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, you just have to put your bags!
For the little ones, high chair, travel cot with mattress, bathtub ... available on request.
Also 2 adult bikes available on request.

Short stay rental possible (2 nights minimum)


Miscellaneous: children welcome, non-smoking rental, no disabled access, small dog accepted on request.

Un vrai petit havre de paix ! Nous avons passé une semaine des plus agréables dans cette maison. Elle est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, décorée avec goût. La petite terrasse permet de profiter de l’extérieur pour les repas. Merci infiniment à Sandrine pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ainsi que pour les petites attentions lors de notre arrivée. Nous avons pu randonner au départ de la maison, ce qui est agréable. Les commodités sont à 10 petites minutes en voiture… « Le Vieux Passage a beaucoup de charme.

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, maison particulièrement propre et très bien équipée, située dans un quartier très calme où il fait bon se reposer, tout à coté de la mer et à 100 m d'un petit port. Belles promenades à pieds également.Depuis cette maison, il est facile de rayonner, et les commerces sont très proches, à quelques kms en voiture. Très agréable région....

Nous avons adoré.Le cadre offert par le port du Vieux passage est incroyable et tellement paisible..L'hébergement proposé par Sandrine est d'une grande propreté, d'un confort très appréciable et un équipement jamais rencontré.auparavant (la cuisine est équipée de tous les appareils nécessaires, les ustensiles et la vaisselle y sont nombreux également).Tout cela dans un environnement tellement calme et proche des sentiers côtiers.Nous avons hâte d'y retourner..De nombreux

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is a wonderful retreat for a holiday. Traditional in appearance outside but beautifully renovated and modern inside. Our host Sandrine was very gracious and helpful on arrival and left us a welcoming gift of local cider and traditional Breton cake. Lots of lovely places to visit in the area and beaches close by. For shopping we recommend the SuperU at Belz. Highly recommended by Sandrine's first Australian guests.

Die Lage ist schön und Nähe am kleinen Hafen. Absolut ruhig gelegen. Es gibt fußläufig aber keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Restaurant Sous l'ponts ist zu empfehlen. Reservierung ist sinnvoll.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der südlichen Bretagne. Schon die Schlüsselübergabe mit Sandrine war sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert - trotz gewisser Sprachbarrieren unsererseits. Das Haus in echt noch viel schöner, als es die Bilder online vermuten lassen. Begrüßt wurden wir nicht nur sehr herzlich sondern mit einem Gateaux Bretonne, einer Flasche Cidre und einer Flasche Wasser. Dazu noch ein paar Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsgelegenheiten. Wir haben viele Tipps befolgt und auch selbst die Restaurants bzw. Supermärkte für gut befunden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Ofen und Waschmaschine fanden wir perfekt - inklusive Messer zum Öffnen von Austern. Auf der schönen Terasse lässt sich die unglaubliche Ruhe genießen. Die Lage zum kleinen, entzückenden Hafen am Fluss Etel ist einfach großartig und lädt zum täglichen Besuch und Ausgangspunkt für eine Wanderung auf dem Küstenwanderweg ein. Unser Kfz fühlte sich auf dem Parkplatz am Hafen äußerst wohl und sicher. Der Standort der Wohnung ist ideal zum Entdecken der südliche Bretagne. Wir kommen sehr gerne, sehr bald wieder!

Sandrine ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns mit einem Gastgeschenk - bretonischer Kuchen und Cidre - empfangen hat! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und äußerst sauber. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls top und es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder in dieses nette bretonische Ferienhäuschen.

Das Ferienhaus hat alles was zum Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ordentlich. Sehr gemütlich. Sehr ruhig gelegen ideal als Startpunkt für Ausflüge und Erkundungen in die Süd-Bretange. Eine Terrasse läd zum Entspannen ein. Ein Parkplatz ist praktisch beim Haus und bis zum Etel sind es keine 100 m. Hier kann das Schauspiel von Ebbe und Flut sehr gut beobachtet werden. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Bon acceuil avec quelques surprises bretonnes à notre arrivée 🙂! Location très agréable et fonctionnelle, très bien équipée avec une petite terrasse sans vis a vis, superbe pour de bons moments . L'environnement est très calme et reposant, ideal pour le repos mais aussi pour les randonnées et le vélo. Nous avons adoré la région dans laquelle nous comptons bien revenir.
