「I stayed here briefly while working in the area, and would definitely stay there again if I'm back that way. The hotel is a little old, but my room was very clean and comfortable. It looked like it had been freshly painted and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. The wifi was reliable. There was a "New Owner" sign out front, so I think the older, poor reviews must be from before the ownership change. 「This is the most ADORABLE Vrbo. Honestly, this cottage felt like home in every way from the plush bathrobes to the single candle in the drawer needed to celebrate our daughter’s birthday….everything was PERFECT. Decorated to a T! 「Perfect getaway. We stayed 3 nights for a Petit Jean and area sight seeing focused trip. Dog friendly for our little gal. Really enjoyed the lake views. Older house that has been nicely remodeled and very clean.」

「Everything about this cabin was great. Quiet and safe. The front porch faces the Arkansas river and is a great place to sip coffee in the morning. The only negative is that if you have difficulty navigating stairs, the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. We did not mind that too much. So, other than that, if you are considering this cabin I would give it 10 stars. ⭐️ 」
