“Pool was not open yet, breakfast is simple. Always hear from the outside that door slammed loudly. The vent in the room seems can not turn off, also very loud.”

“The staff was very helpful when we checked in. They don't seem to have a dedicated front desk person so when we arrived at 2, I had to go find someone. The breakfast spread was pretty generous. Looks like they bake their muffins on site. Couple issues with the room. The TV was on when we came into our room. I thought it was a welcoming thing. We turned it off but it kept coming back on, several times. They were very prompt in having someone reprogram it. But it was on when we returned from……

“Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year.”

“The room was nice. Two clean and comfy queen beds with decent walking room. A Desk, a fridge, microwave and a nice open bathroom. The only thing that let me down was the drain in the tub wouldn't plug to take a bath, the internet was spotty the TV only had cable it was a smart TV to watch streaming or even mirror my phone too. Otherwise the pool was amazing - very clean, big and very warm. It went 3ft, 4ft, and 5ft which was nice also.”

“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. “I’ve stayed here before as I was on a budget then. Now for my second stay while it’s affordable I probably won’t stay here again. It’s a very typical motel not a hotel. And I’ve never stayed anywhere that had such LOUD ice makers. And they were being used every five minutes. And no elevators so if you have luggage or trouble with stairs you’ll need to request the first floor. The second floor half of it smells of curry. And the breakfast is the exact same thing every day and not that inspiring.……

“This place hasn’t changed much.. at all actually since I stayed as a kid 20 years ago. You would think with all the solar panels on multiple roofs of the property they would invest in upgrading some things. Only reason I gave 3 instead of 2 is the staff were nice.”

“The motel is located very close to the attractions on Main Street, Hyannis; walkable distance. The room was spacious and clean, newly renovated bathroom. Some noise from the street, but the rooms are set back, so not a disturbance. The guests were a bit noisy in the early evening, but quiet by 9PM. So a good value for a place to stay during a Cape visit.”

“The check in was good. Very nice young woman tending to the desk. My MAJOR complaint comes from the embarrassingly terrible breakfast: Stale bread, beige colored water being handed off as coffee, no fruit, terrible presentation. For a place that sells itself as a spa retreat, my day was sour after this. They should really just close the 'restaurant'”
