"Home was even nicer than we expected! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Lost at Sea! The location is great - two blocks to the shops and restaurants. The house itself has an excellent layout and was sparkling clean. There are thoughtful touches throughout for pets and for children. The kitchen and bath amenities were as promised - nothing was lacking for a great stay! We made use of several outdoor areas around the house in addition to enjoying the indoor spaces. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy."

"Our host Richard was wonderful and the amenities were fabulous. We love all the little special touches inside the house. We brought our dog and he loved it too. The house is in a perfect location with grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops just a few blocks away. The weather was beautiful and beautiful walk to the beach was perfect. We definitely will be back again.!! Thank you so much"

"This is a very cozy home and was perfect for our family to get away to for a long weekend. It’s extremely clean, nicely decorated and while we only cooked there one evening, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils (bring your own spices, olive oil, etc. though because that is not provided). The host did provide popcorn which we enjoyed as we played Scrabble one evening. Lots of board games! Very short walk to the market and to local restaurants. We found this location was perfect for exploring, hiking and a visit to Quinalt Lodge, beach walks and a car trip to see beautiful Ruby Beach. We also enjoyed casual dining at Surfhouse Pub, and pizza at Frontager Pizza, and a happy hour at Rising Tide Tavern. Would recommend this for a quiet getaway at this time of year. We seemed to have Seabrook to ourselves! Also, easy to access and the host was very available throughout the visit. Would definitely return. "

"DO NOT book a Seabrook vacation home through vrbo if you want to use the fitness center and pools! Unfortunately, I learned that only homeowners and guest who book through Seabrook Vacation Rentals have access to those amenities. This was a huge disappointment for my active family. ThOn this vrbo listing, the fitness center/pool was listed under amenities. When I inquired with the homeowner, he apologized and said it was vrbo’s fault for including a generic template with Seabrook’s amenities. The next morning, those amenities were removed from the listing. We have rented at Seabrook for years and was really disappointed to miss out on those great amenities. The homeowner offered no price adjustment for the discrepancy. The home itself is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed it immensely; however, I cannot give it more than three stars since the listing was inaccurately misleading and the amenities we looked forward to weren’t available."
