Additional Guest Fees after booking:
Please note that in order enter the gated community, Arrowhead charges additional rental fees. This grants you temporary membership and allows you to take advantage of all the amenities Arrowhead Lake has to offer.
Please ensure you have the correct number of guests listed under your reservation. This fee must be submitted by the owner on a renter's behalf per community regulations and will be charged upon confirmation of booking. You will be provided with QR codes for each vehicle which can be used to access all community amenities.
Take a look at the break down below and I'm happy to answer any questions! Again, to be clear this will require an additional fee after booking the house.
★ Year Round Fees ★
• Transaction Fee per Rental: $20
• Gate Card Fee (per vehicle): $20 per card
• Temporary Membership (age 6 and over):
› in-season (May 24, 2024 through September 2, 2024): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly)
› off-season (any other time): $2.00 daily
★ You may enter the community the day of arrival at any time to use the amenities, but the house will not be available until 4pm.
Other things to note
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
★ STARTER SET OF ESSENTIALS ★
We provide a starter set of essential toiletries to make your arrival as smooth as possible. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies you will need throughout the stay.

We travel from Ontario every year to spend a week in the Poconos. This is our first stay in a lakefront home and we were not disappointed. Rich’s location on the lake is awesome. We appreciated the flat, clear lot (lots of room to play and less bugs). The view from the upstairs of the home is fantastic. The deck and hot tub are great. The kitchen is well equipped. Even though there is no AC downstairs, we were surprised with how well the unit upstairs cooled the entire home and we also made use of the 2 owner supplied fans in the bedrooms. The beds were all comfortable. Our children enjoyed all of the kayaks supplied and our 10 and 8 year olds were especially happy for the 2 child sized ones. We all kayaked to the beach across the lake. Our children made use of the community amenities and especially enjoyed the pool with the diving board and the basketball courts. We loved the area as we were close to our favorite spots -camelback waterparks, Kalahari and Pocono action sports (for several years we have rented a pontoon boat with a slide there). Rich was a great host - very responsive and helpful. We hope to return again and can’t wait to see what further improvements Rich has in store for this great property!

Highly Recommend Lake House
We stayed at this house for my parents 50th and wedding anniversary. The house was absolutely spectacular. Checking in and out was a breeze, the owners of the house were super kind and easy-going. They had the house well stocked with toys for young kids and teens. We had plenty of kayaks and canoes for the lake. They also had lots of lake toys and yard games. The house inside was absolutely spectacular and the views were million dollar views. We had plenty of privacy as the neighbors were not on top of you and every morning waking up to the lake view was so peaceful. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for the perfect Lakehouse get away.
