Apartments Roščić is a family-run accommodation situated in the hotel zone of Podgora, Croatia, just 70 meters from the beach and promenade. With over 50 years of hospitality tradition, the property offers modern, air-conditioned apartments featuring private entrances, free Wi-Fi, and private parking. The convenient location places guests within 100 meters of shops, restaurants, water sports facilities, and other amenities, making it ideal for families and travelers without a car.

Private parking is available, and reservation is not required.
Baggage drop-off is available before check-in.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
