Brand new luxurious villa just a few steps away from the beach. Villa is a residential facility for 16+ people built on three floors: basement floor with sauna and jacuzzi, ground floor with big living area, first floor and second floor with big bedrooms with double beds and its own bathrooms.

In the basement, there is SAUNA and JACUZZI AREA with bathroom, where you can relax and enjoy after swimming in the pool.

On the ground floor there is spacious living area and fully, but really fully equipped KITCHEN, so you will find everything needed for preparing yourself delicious meal.

Internal stairs lead to the first and second floor with three spacious BEDROOMS on each floor with its own bathrooms, air conditioning and balcony with a stunning view.

In front of the house, in the garden, there is a SWIMMING POOL with a stunning view on a sea and coasts, where you can enjoy swimming and relaxing in the pool watching sunsets.

The area around the pool is equipped with sun loungers and nice lounge furniture to enjoy the views and the sunsets.

FREE PARKING is guaranteed.

We were a group of Six couples and we all loved our stay at. Vill Karla

Everything was amazing the Villa was so close to the sea and the pool was so refreshing. The Rooms in the Villa were fully equipped like a hotel room they spared no expense when building this Villa. Diane and Joseph were great host they supplied us with anything we needed all week especially ice even drove us to the grocery store one day ! I would highly recommend this Villa! Thanks For a perfect holiday 😎

Amazing Villa

The pictures don't do it justice! this place is amazing! Everything is new and works well! Loads of space for all of us and there were 18 of us! Josip was an amazing host and because his hotel is nearby he was very attentive to our needs whether it be more beers, mixers or sending over food from his restaurant! I would definitely stay here again! The pool was also great and you're a stones throw away from the ocean!
