Villa with spectacular view and heated pool.
This beautiful villa is located in eco-ethno village Gornja Podstrana and offers you a peaceful and quiet location with a spectacular vista of Adriatic sea and islands.
It’s most beautiful feature is endless swimming pool which offers great view. The pool is heated and equipped with counter current swimming machine so you can relax and exercise at your pleasure, or you can just enjoy yourself in the sunbathing area equipped with 4 sun beds and an umbrella. The swimming pool is 7 x 5 m with water depth 1,6m.
The villa also offers spacious terrace that runs along the length of the house and is equipped with a table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the view. Half of the terrace has sun shades so you can stay in the shadow during the day if you wish.
The spacious living room and dining area with wide glass wall also offers a beautiful view and it is air-conditioned. Adjoining the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, water heater, toster and coffee machine. In the back garden there is a covered barbecue. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Villa accommodates 4 guests in two charming double bedrooms (one with double bed, and another with 2 separated / twin beds) and at your request can accommodate additional 2 guests in the pullout couch or pullout sofa chair. Linen and bath towels are provided. The villa also contains a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
The accommodation boasts free WiFi throughout the property and a satellite flat-screen TV.
The villa has a private parking and a possibility to charge electric cars.
Villa is situated high on the hill and location offers peace and quiet, but at the same time vicinity to all facilities, historical and cultural sites, shops, restaurants, and nightlife in Split. Nearest restaurant is within walking distance (some 200 m away). Beach is 2 km away. Grocery store/supermarket is also 2 km away, city of Split is 12 km away.

This is the perfect location for cycling tourism since the area offers several very interesting cycling trails passing near the villa.

Ein wunderschönes Plätzchen um runterzukommen.Wir hatten ein tolles und entspanntes Urlaub.Petra ist die Beste Vermieterin die wir bis jetzt kennengelernt haben.Hat uns schon vor dem Urlaub mit vielen nützlichen Tips versorgt-was Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten angeht. Ihre freundliche Art die herzliche Begrüßung haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Das Haus hatte alles was wir gebraucht haben, so dass wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben.Bette und Kissen waren sehr bequem.Der Pool ist traumhaft und groß genug- haben wir jeden Tag nach dem Strand genossen. Alles was sehr sauber. Wir haben 3-4 Strände gesehen aber am meisten hat uns der Strand der direkt an der Hauptstraße ist, etwa 3 km vom Haus entfernt, am besten gefallen. Da stehen genügend Parkplätze zu Verfügung. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto.Aber die 3 km bergauf lohnen sich auf jeden Fall.Wir hatten jeden Tag traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Zwei leckere Restaurants sind fussläufig entfernt. Mann kann mit dem Bus nach Split (im Hochsommer ist die Parksituation da ziemlich schwierig) und Omis fahren. Und wer wandern möchte, kommt auch auf seinen Kosten. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt starten- sowohl kurze als auch längere Wanderungen.Falls man ein gutes Fernglas hat, sollte man es unbedingt mitnehmen.Liebe Petra, wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die wunderbare Zeit in deine Haus bedanken. Das Haus hat einen eigenen Charm und lädt einfach zum abschalten ein. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Blue in der man komplett runterfahren konnte. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Pool hat die perfekte größe und unsere Kids haben es genossen. Die Lage vom Haus ist der Hammer nur der Weg dahin ebenso. Für geübte Autofahrer und nach 2 bis 3 mal fahren kein stress mehr. Die Gastgeberin Petra war total freundlich und war immer sofort bereit sobald man etwas gebraucht hat. Der Check In und Out war problemlos. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Danke das wir Gast sein durften.

La villa de Petra est vraiment géniale ! Le logement est très bien équipée, très bien entretenue et offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur toute la ville de Split. En bonus, des fruits à picorer dans le jardin et un petit alcool fait maison nous attendait à notre arrivée. D'autre part, Petra est très disponible et à l'écoute de tous nos besoins. Je recommande à 100%!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in der Villa Blue. Die Einrichtung ist gut mit viel liebe zum Detail. Hervorheben möchte ich noch die Ruhe, die man in den Bergen hat und den atemberaubenden Ausblick in die Ferne und auf den alltäglichen Sonnenuntergang! Der Pool war toll und bot immer eine gute Erfrischung. Durch die leicht salzige Desinfektion des Pools war auch das schlimme Chlorproblem mit der Haut nicht vorhanden. Tolle Sache. Eine Einbettung in die Flora (Wein, Feigen etc.) rundet das Bild des Hauses ab.Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön. Sandstrand in 20 Minuten erreichbar, Toller Wanderweg zu einer Kapelle oben auf dem Berg, tolles Restaurant in Fußreichweite. Sehr zu empfehlen.

A perfect and beautiful house for a family.

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful house. The host, Petra, vas extremely helpful and kind. She even drove our son to Split when the rest of us went home. The house has everything you need, it is clean, and very cozy. The shaded area on the veranda is perfect when it’s hot, and the pool is absolutely lovely. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the view is simply breathtaking. We recommend having a car. We would love to come back and highly recommend this house. Absolutely perfect!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus liegt am Berg und bietet einen atemberaubend schönen Blick auf Split, das Adriatische Meer und die Insel Brač. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ist bestens ausgestattet. Es wurden uns Wasserflaschen in den Kühlschrank gelegt, es gab Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, Klopapier, Tabs für Spül- und Waschmaschine, Putzmittel, Schwämme usw. Die Betten waren bezogen und es gab Ersatzbettwäsche sowie auch jede Menge saubere Handtücher. Ein neuer Wäscheständer mit vielen Wäscheklammern steht zur Verfügung, Es wurde von der Vermieterin an das kleinste Detail gedacht. Der Pool ist mit seiner durchgängigen Tiefe von 1,60 m ein echter Traum. Als Infinity-Pool sieht er außerdem klasse aus! Er ist mit einer Gegenstromanlage ausgestattet für die vielen Schwimmer von uns. Man kann ruhige Zeiten auf der Terrasse oder am Pool verbringen. Die Terrasse bietet perfekten Sonnenschutz. Da wir im Juli vor Ort waren und 38 Grad im Schatten hatten, war der Terrassensonnenschutz sehr zu schätzen, In der Nähe vom Haus sind 2 sehr gute Restaurants (zu Fuß erreichbar). Der Weg zum Haus ist steil, mit Serpentinstraßen. Es wird oft eng, wenn ein Fahrzeug entgegenkommt. Für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig, für die Kroaten ein Kinderspiel. Vom Haus aus starten viele Wanderwege. Man kann u.a. bis zu einer alten Kapelle hochklettern. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Beautiful!

We sadly left this beautiful villa yesterday after a weeks stay and wish it could have been longer. The villa is perched very high up the mountain in a quaint old village which has two restaurants within walking distance. The road up was indeed very windy and long but we knew this before we came and after the first time it gets easier. Everyone drives slow and safely. If you want a fantastic view with a quiet villa this is for you - it was so relaxing. The villa is equipped with everything you need and was very clean with lots of spare towels and sheets. The pool and outside area was fantastic, not overlooked at all and a great mountain back drop. We loved watching the many birds we saw and birds of prey over the mountains and listening to the owls at night. Petra the host was very friendly and met us at the villa and showed us around and was available all our holiday for any suggestions of restaurants and parking. We went to Split a couple of times and Omis for dinner and walked to the local restaurants quite a few times (need to call in and book or what’s app them the day before!) Would certainly recommend this villa but probably not for families with very tiny children as the steps inside the villa and outside to pool. Thank you Petra for a lovely relaxing stay.

Toller Fernblick in ruhiger Lage und sicherem Abstand zu den Touristenmassen.

Auch wenn wir Teil dieser Touristenmassen sind (mitte August), waren wir dankbar für diesen gut gewählten Ort der Ruhe. Die Anfahrt ist zwar mit knapp 4 km vom Ortszentrum (und 330 Höhenmetern) etwas beschwerlich, aber wir sind am Tag nur 1 x rauf und runter gefahren, das geht dann schon. Das Anwesen war schön groß, der Pool natürlich ein highlight und auch sonst hat soweit alles gepasst. Unklarheiten konnte man mit den freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und gastfreundlichen Vermietern schnell klären. Wir werden die Villa Blue in guter Erinnerung behalten.

Lovely stay above Podstrana

The villa is in a small village in the hills above Podstrana, and has amazing views across to the islands and over Split. The road up from the main road takes a bit of getting used to, but once you have, it's well worth it to enjoy the peace and quiet while at the same time being pretty close to Split. The garden and pool are really nice, and the villa itself is just what we wanted. 1 observation about the local restaurants - we needed to book a few days in advance as they are very busy. So, thanks Petra for a fantastic holiday, and we hope to return.

Excellent location and cozy villa. Nice views and adventures on the one-car road up and down the hill. Petra greeted us upon our arrival, gave us a tour of the place, recommended places to eat and visit, and gave us wine to drink. She was available all the time and responsive to our requests. A good example is a washing machine. It broke, and she made a replacement possible for the next day. We would definitely come back!

Klopt gewoon helemaal, rust, uitzicht,schoon. Wil weer terug

Wij hebben een heerlijke ontspannen, rustige vakantie gehad op een super plek. Wat we graag wilden hebben we dubbel en dwars ontvangen. Rust en ontspanning. Het huis is schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het zwembad is super. Het uitzicht over de zee is mooi zeker als je heerlijk over de zwembad rand heen hangt. Er zit een gezellig restaurant op loopafstand waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Een auto is zeker aan te raden, vanaf de weg is het zeker 12 min naar boven rijden op best smalle en wat steile bergweggetjes met ook dan weer heel mooi uitzicht. De eigenaren respecteren je privacy wat ook heel fijn is. Je wordt voor je vakantie goed geïnformeerd over je aankomst, wat er aanwezig is, hoe te rijden. Kortom een top vakantie op een top locatie waar we zeker nog eens terug gaan.

Unbeschwerte, erholsame Tage in herrlicher Umgebung ❣️

Wir wurden herzlich von Petra empfangen und in alles Notwendige eingewiesen. ☺️ Das Haus ist wunderschön, eingerahmt vom Wein mit reifen Trauben und anderen Gewächsen des Südens, Granatapfel, Feigen, Oliven usw. Im sauberen Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht für eine Selbstversorgung. Trotzdem empfehlen wir unbedingt den Besuch der Konoba Carevi Dvori, zehn Minuten oberhalb des Hauses. Wir waren dreimal dort und jedesmal begeistert. 😍 Es gibt einen großen Infinity-Pool mit Blick auf's Meer. Die Liegen sind stabil und ein großer Schirm spendet Schatten. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf Split. Wir empfehlen ein Fernglas, es lohnt sich. Die Sonne geht über Split unter, es ist wirklich unbeschreiblich schön, dabei zuzusehen. Wir haben unzählige Bilder gemacht. ☀️ Wir haben täglich die Ruhe und den genialen Blick genossen.

Wonderfull view with swimming pool

A great surprise with a wonderful view on the sea and Split. The swimming pool is perfect. It is better than the photo and description ! Small road to access on the top of the mountain but it gives this peacefull and nico house with beautifull view. Petra gave us all the information needed. Everything needed is available in the house. Die Villa Blue ist perfekt für den Familien-Urlaub. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man benötigt, das Haus ist geräumig, der Garten schön angelegt. Trotz der sehr ruhigen Lage sind zwei Konobas in Fußnähe (eine okay, die andere super). Die Vermieterin ist extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich, anwortet auf Rückfragen meist innerhalb weniger Minuten. Aufgrund der Corona-Situation mussten wir zwei Tage früher abreisen, um die Bedinungen zuhause erfüllen zu können. Obwohl kein Anspruch hat sie uns die beiden Übernachtungen rückerstattet, ohne dass wir etwas gesagt hätten. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen und überlegen, ob wir wieder kommen.
