“We had a wonderful stay at this villa! We have stayed at several Lake Berkley properties for at least 10 years, and this is one of the best. The location is great, and it has every extra that anyone could want. Even though we had a week of warm, sunny days (95 degrees Fahrenheit!), we came home to a cool house every day. Claire was very easy to work with, and we truly appreciate her hospitality. We are looking forward to a return trip in the future! ”

“BED BUGS!!!We arrived at 6 PM with our four children, and by 9 PM discovered a bedroom crawling with bed bugs, many clearly visible. We immediately left for our safety, abandoning belongings to avoid bringing them with us.We spent hours until 2 AM driving around with four exhausted kids while trying to find another place to stay. The host was completely unhelpful and unresponsive.This was a nightmare and absolutely unacceptable.”
