「Stayed here numerous times over the past year or so and have never complained, though I should have so I will keep this to the issues with this stay. The A/C didn't work. It would come on a few mins and only a couple of times did it ever do that. Washer/Dryer "Out of Order," lights/outlets by the beds didn't work. Asked for a room downstairs, close to office but was told when I arrived and double checked, neither were available yet walking past to get to the back of parking lot to get to the...

「I have yet to speak to the owner due to the same woman being present since checking in. I booked and paid for my room when I arrived and gave her my information to pull up my reservation ,as I’ve done several times through out the years, I was told I just made a reservation which was false because I paid online including the protection fee. She then told me to pay / insert my card to pay AGAIN! SHE THEN TOLD ME IT DIDNT WORK, mind you the screen in front of me was blank so I couldn’t even verify...

「The good: beds were, A/C worked, tv worked, and the replaced towels with clean ones The bad: Underneath beds were filthy, sink faucet was loose, they didn't make the beds( when they replaced the towels ), top door lock was missing. Over all I would stay again.」
