Beach Haven is an exclusive executive luxury family vacation home situated in the sought-after “Old Point Lonsdale” area.

It offers a tranquil and private retreat just a short 2-minute walk to the beach, shops, and excellent dining options, a quick 5-minute drive to Queenscliff, and a 20-minute drive to Geelong.

This well-appointed holiday residence features modern amenities air-conditioning, a hydronic central heating system for winter, double glazed windows, and a security system.

The sophisticated Wi-Fi controlled home theatre system includes a 7-speaker setup in the living room, a 3-speaker system in the family room, and multi-room speakers in the kitchen and BBQ area.

The living and family rooms are equipped with large smart TVs, Nintendo Wii, , DAB radio, Air Play wireless audio, HDMI input, and high-speed wireless internet.

The downstairs master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a spa bath, large shower, and heated towel rail.

Upstairs, a second bedroom offers a king-size bed and a bathroom with a large shower and heated towel rail. Two additional bedrooms feature two single beds each.

The property also includes a separate family room with entertainment amenities, a modern laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a double lock-up garage with a surfboard rack.

Beach Haven’s open-plan design features a gourmet kitchen, outdoor sundeck, courtyard with garden seating, a spacious dining room for 12, and a lounge area opening to an alfresco deck with BBQ facilities and outdoor gas heating. For recreation, there are nearby beaches, a kids park, BBQ area, lawn bowling and tennis clubs, a golf course, and boutique shopping and dining options. Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff offer various activities such as historic tours, marine education, boat trips, swimming with seals, fishing, diving, and steam railway tours. Additionally, there are cafes, restaurants, wineries, and shopping opportunities. A short drive to Ocean Grove or Barwon Heads, or a ferry ride to Sorrento and Portsea, offer more exploration options. Nearby attractions include mini-golf, mazes, and Adventure Park in Wallington.

To plan a longer trip, Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff serve as ideal starting points for exploring the Great Ocean Road.
