"Good value in a central location. Rooms feel a little old/dated, but clean and comfortable. So random that our room had a large shoe shine contraption and a analogue scale in the bathroom. More useful was the water refill station at the end of the hall. Appreciate how dog-friendly they are. We'd stay there again."

"I have stayed here multiple times, my kids love it, it’s the perfect location to explore the Wharf and Pier 39. You can walk to Ghirardelli Square, and the selection of great restaurants in the area is fantastic. The overnight parking garage is convenient, and we always love the breakfast buffet! Highly recommend!"

"Lovely experience at The Inn. The grounds are beautiful. The location is just up the hill with a nice view of the bay. The breakfast is included and it is only ok but the views from the restaurant are fantastic. Don’t expect luxury for the rooms, they are a bit updated but clean and comfortable. Pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna are definitely a plus. Overall a fun and enjoyable stay."

"Decent hotel, just needs an update. The room was aged and the toilet water pressure was scary. We didn’t want to have to call maintenance, so we were very careful. They employees were great and the food was awesome as well. Have the Greek donuts for desert with ice cream!"
