Surrounded by tree-lined filtered views, this beautifully designed home offers 3 bedrooms (all with king split beds), 2 bathrooms, and two spacious loungerooms. The rear entertaining area with a BBQ is perfect for relaxing and soaking in the peaceful outlook.

The Holiday Retreat is located in the serene Casuarina precinct, only a short walking distance from 'Nineteen' - restaurant and bar and The Vintage Facilities so you can enjoy The Vintage 25m lap pool,
children's playground, day/night tennis courts, 24-hour gym facilities
and acres of natural park lands.

Practically centered in the vineyards of Pokolbin, Lovedale and
Rothbury you have your choice of activities; meals at dapper cafes
and restaurants, boutique outlets, wine tours + tastings and some
adventure on the ground or in the sky for those slightly more daring.

Please note: This property DOES NOT have garage access. 2 cars
will fit in the driveway. Any additional vehicles to be parkedat our
office carpark or the nearby Clubhouse.
