“The property was exactly what we were looking for and definitely would us the property again. It was clean, modern and had very good facilities I.e washer/dryer and iron with ironing board. The only improvement I would make is update the arrival booklet as some information was OoD for example the shop is now closed permanently.

“Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. ”

“Lovely apartments. Would definitely use again. Our only gripe was that the wood bed was really creaky and woke us up everytime someone moved. Also the drain in the bathroom sink was extremely slow. Apart from that it was lovely. ”

“Very cute two story cottage facing directly onto the tidal inlet of Polperro. Comfy bed, cozy sitting room and a good kitchen with a new espresso machine. Tight fit in the bathroom but it’s a very old house and they’ve done their best to fit in sink toilet and shower. Massive tv in the sitting rooms and smaller one in the bedrooms. The view was enchanting and we enjoyed our stay. ”
