「First we need to give the family (staff) that runs this fantastic hotel 10 stars, 5 stars just not enough. Super helpful in recommending many restaurants, a winery tour, where to park, etc. Also went above and beyond helping us sort out an issue with a Viator boat trip we wanted to cancel. They pepared fantastic breakfasts. Wonderful, fun people we are glad to have met. The room spotless, bed comfortable, bathroom excellent!」

「We booked the two bedroom jacuzzi penthouse. While the staff was helpful and the room nice, there were a few issues we were surprised by. First, the room was not at the property location listed here. Instead, it was several blocks away, outside the centre, making the breakfast and use of the spa facilities inconvenient, especially given that I was using crutches to get . It was on the fourth floor with no elevator. we had to pay extra to open the second bedroom」
