「Overall, excellent. Some wear and tear starting to show but, I think that is to be expected. My disappointment, if any, is the breakfast. It seemed lacking compared to other hotels. The processed turkey that was in the same serving tray as the scrambled eggs was a bit of a turnoff. That one little issue will not stop from being a repeat guest or from recommending your hotel to friends & relatives.」

「We stayed at The Barfield for the first time this past Sunday night to break up our drive from Dallas to Angel Fire, NM and really enjoyed the comfort and style of this beautiful hotel. 「Quick stop for rest driving though, hotel was clean and comfy. We arrived at almost midnight, receptionist was very friendly. Left ar 7 am the next receptionist was also cheerful and friendly. Nice to see workers who aren’t just “doing their job” friendly and informative no matter the time. Beds were comfy too. I would stay her again! 」

「I wasnt expecting this hotel to be as fancy as it was. Whenever it showed that they had suites i wasnt expecting a studio style room with a beautiful shower and spacious layout, but i was pleasantly surprised. They also had a pool and workout room on location.」
