And after contacting the property directly, I am told that this could have been resolved very easily, but because of the ineptitude of agents at hotels.com, it was not! “The property was very nice and comfortable. We did notice that one of the bathroom toilets wasn't cleaned. The fireplace glass was very durty on the inside and the fire wasn't very visible. There was also no lighting on the SUS.stairs, which was a little dangerous”
