“The room wasn't clean. The sofa bed was out and we didnt need it and they clearly didn't clean under it. The lift was broken to our room (we have a 2 year old with pram) we went to go to the kids disco at 6pm then found out they had cancelled as no one showed up to the 5.30 show but we didn't want to see that as its in French. But the staff just shrugged her shoulders and we was not the only family. So then there was nothing to do. The shops are excellent and out and about clean and tidy. Pool……

“Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, even had luggage storage for early check in. Public bus stop in front and frequent service to Disney about 10 to 20 minute ride.
There are nearby bakery, restaurants, small grocery shop at reasonable prices compared to Disney properties.
Transportation to CDG airport or center of Paris are available via rail and/or but with family with luggage the price and time to use private taxi or shuttle to hotel is worth the price.”
