“The help and support that Silvie gave us due to our traffic accident the day before was beyond anything we might have hoped for. From arranging us access to the hotel after hours to contacting Europcar and working with them to find a location to pick up a replacement car to scheduling a taxi for us to get to Bergerac to get the car. Silvie was incredibly supportive as if that we were her only job for that day. We were treated not as clients but as valued guests at your lovely hotel. What……
“Après avoir attendu de longues minutes que le réceptionniste termine sa conversation privée, il eut été souhaitable qu'il saluât et qu'il s'excusât, ce qui ne fut pas le cas. Au demeurant l'hôtel est correct pour un deux étoiles. ”
“I cannot begin to describe how wonderful this place is. I will forever dream of returning . The staff stands out as some of the most helpful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting . And generally very cool and lovely . Get the massages , go to the pool , eat the dinner . You’ll never want to leave . Thank you for making our trip extra amazing”
“Christian and Katherine are fantastic hosts and took exceptional care of us. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well looked after. The food and wine were exquisite with stunning views over the river. Really special place. Thank you! ”
“Some problems of coordination between Expedia and an austere receptionist. A somewhat hectic check-in as a consequence. I don't regret the stay at all and would definitely stay there again on another occasion.”
“We really enjoyed our stay here.
The staff were super helpful in booking places for us to eat and giving advice of parking/where to go in Périgueux.
The hotel restaurant was an excellent gastronomic experience!”
“I loved everything about my stay, especially the staff. Each and every person was immensely hospitable and genuinely kind.
The property is gorgeous and impeccably clean.
My room was an actual suite with so much space and charm. It lacked nothing. The decor, the views, the spaciousness; everything was perfect!!
I highly recommend this beautiful place and plan to make it a regular place to visit, as I absolutely love the staff, the amazing service, and the charm and beauty of the Chateau. Even……
