“酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕”

“The location is the best aspect of this apartment. You are within walking distance of Palazzo Vecchio and the neighborhood’s historical points of interest and shops alone will take a day to explore. The apartment was very dusty - ledges, floor, walls, patio, everywhere. My allergies were very irritated. The ironing board cover was wet due to the dirty, wet mop head that lay against it. The shower head was broken and water poured from a removable fixture like a waterfall. Also, the heater was……

“This was a comfortable small apartment close to the train station and the city center. Easy access and beautifully maintained. We would recommend this property to anyone who was visiting Florence for a short or even a long stay.”

“Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.”

“Excellent location. The Central Market was only a 2–3 minute walk away, and Santa Maria del Fiore was about a 5–6 minute walk. The property was spacious enough for four people. The washer and dryer were very convenient, and the air conditioning worked well, which made our trip much more comfortable.”
