"If you’re looking for a vacation on the beach look no further. We stayed at the house most of the trip as we wanted as much time on the beach as possible. Private beach with immediate beach access as your back yard."

"A well appointed Ponte Vedra Beach rental a stone’s throw from the beach. This condo offered privacy, screened patio, very comfortable bed, and nice bathroom and dressing area with good storage. Condo also had colorful beach decor and plenty of items needed for our time at the beach. The kitchen/laundry appliances were excellent. It was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils and small appliances. All soaps, paper towels and small items needed for kitchen use were plentiful. Instructions for TV and other condo particulars were accessible and clear. We appreciated the communications with the hosts John and Lauren, and plan to return next year. An A+ rental we whole heartedly recommend."
