Located in an ideal place for rest, it is nestled in the nature of the surroundings of the town of Ponteareas. 15 minutes from Vigo airport, it offers the possibility of playing golf with five courses within a radius of 40 kilometers. Half an hour from the beaches of the Rias Bajas and the exit for the Cies Islands and 10 minutes from the Mondariz Golf and Spa Spa.
The house offers the comfort and warmth of wood with more than 250 square meters of surface and on an area of more than 9,000 square meters fully equipped with pool, barbecue, garage and 2 enabled porches
Inside, five rooms with capacity for 10 people, with three full bathrooms and a dining room.

Espectacular
Volveremos con más fuerza si cabe, para disfrutar de una casa espectacular y la mejor, sin duda, de la zona. Complacer a sus huéspedes con una variedad de posibilidades para disfrutar de unas vacaciones de ensueño, con unos jardines enormes y cuidados hasta el más mínimo detalle, una piscina grande y una casa de madera con una arhitectura inmejorable. La cocina equipada con absolutamente todo lo que se nececita y una barbacoa enorme. Podrán disfrutar de todos los eventos deportivos ya que tienen movistar + y con el pack más completo. Solo puedo agradecer a Juan por su preocupación para que no nos falte de nada. Hasta pronto Juan y gracias por todo.

Peaceful, large property in beautiful setting.
The setting is wonderful, with a huge, secure garden, with great pool. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun, or sit in the shade. The house is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, and a roomy lounge. There is a great outside dining and sitting area on the veranda. The bedrooms are of good size and the beds comfortable. My only negatives were 1) the acoustics of the house mean sound carried throughout. Once the first person gets up in the morning, everyone gets up. 2) the large twin bedroom is open plan, with no door to it, so with the acoustics as they are, you hear every sound from the rest of the house. 3) the internet was down all week and the 5G signal weak and in and out. Not a problem for most, but unfortunately for us, one of our family had to be in regular contact with home, which made things difficult. Other than that, it was a great stay in a beautiful part of Spain.

Maravillosa!!!
Todo es maravilloso y perfecto en esta casa dentro y fuera: la casa es Preciosa, todo cuidado y limpio hasta el más mínimo detalle, dormitorios con camas muy cómodas y armarios amplios, los baños nuevos, la cocina con todo tipo de utensilios (batidora, exprimidor, sandwichera, cafeteras,…) todo de excelente calidad y en perfecto estado; el jardín exterior, la piscina limpia, la zona de barbacoa muy bien iluminada.,,,,,,todo!!!. El propietario estuvo atento cada momento a nuestras necesidades. Volveremos seguro!!!! Muchas gracias Juan!!!!

A fantastic house!
Everything about this place was a pleasure. We had been travelling around Northern Spain and wanted somewhere we could meet up with family and relax. Juan's house was perfect, and we only left in order to buy groceries. A magnificent pool, extensive grounds - we used the football pitch a lot - and a number of different places to sit outside, some perfectly shaded. The BBQ area was great, and used frequently. The house itself was very well equipped, with plenty of room for the 6 of us (there was an entire bedroom/sitting area that we did not use at all). Juan and his family live on the adjacent property, and were very welcoming, leaving us to enjoy the peaceful surroundings but always available to assist. We would love to return in the future, and highly recommend it!

Volveremos seguro
Estuvimos en Semana Santa y tal y como titulo este comentario, volveremos seguro. El entorno de la casa, todo vallado muy espacioso con un césped muy cuidado y en un estado impecable. La piscina con sus tumbonas, muy bien. La zona de la barbacoa muy bien equipada que te dan ganas de pasar el día cocinando cualquier cosa. La casa en sí, muy acojedora con varios espacios para hacer cosas, siendo la estrella, para mi, la terraza exterior con su sofa, etc ... Todo tipo de equipamiento en la cocina, aseos completamente equipados y camas cómodas. El trato con los caseros impecable. Le pedimos a Juan unas recomendaciones gastronómicas y fueron espectaculares. Allí , cualquier cosa que necesitamos la tuvimos resuelta de inmediato y si a la casa le doy un 10, a sus dueños en su amabilidad y en general el trato, un 11. Hay alguno que dice que por recomendarnos el restaurante que fuimos en Baiona te deberíamos poner un 20, pero bueno. La ubicación perfecta para ir a cualquier sitio en un momento. En fin, muchas gracias Juan por el trato y volveremos seguro.

Fantástica casa en Ponteareas
La casa es fabulosa, bonita, muy confortable e impecablemente limpia cuando entramos. La casa lo tiene todo, por dentro y por fuera. Una piscina estupenda, una finca enorme y arbolada muy, muy bien cuidada, múltiples rincones dentro de la finca donde perderse solo a leer o acompañado. La ubicación, además es estupenda para paseos campestres o visitas turísticas. Y para acabar, Juan, el dueño, un estupendo anfitrión.

La casa es fantástica, muy fresquita, ideal para descansar. Camas muy cómodas. La piscina muy bonita, con tumbonas para descansar y tomar el sol. La finca muy grande y con muchos árboles. Se está tan bien en la casa que apetece poco salir a hacer excursiones o visitas por la zona. Juan, el dueño muy atento para que todo esté bien.
