The room we had was very nice with the kitchette, and able to close off the little suite from the bedroom. Loved the water pressure of shower. The location of the hotel is good for the medical facilities that were around the general area, but for food and shopping, you did have to travel a ways. Overall, I would recommend staying there”

“I want to draw attention to the great customer service I received from the young man who helped me check in. After driving for several hours, I was ready to rest, so I was disappointed to hear that he saw no record of my reservation. I reviewed my Expedia booking to confirm with him that I was at the correct hotel on the correct day. He did some electronic digging, and after some anxious waiting, I heard him say, "Well, we didn't receive your reservation properly, but I can see that you paid……
