"There is no staff after 10pm or before 9 am. Reserved a king bed and got a single queen. No toiletries on the room, luckily brought our new own. The toilet ran constantly all night."

"For a 1 night stay it was okay. If I had a longer stay I would prefer another hotel. They did have coffee, shower amenities in the room. It was nice that breakfast was included with my booking… but we stayed on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. The bathroom door squeaked super loud every time you opened it. I woke up around 6am because I kept hearing the doors open & shut from the hallway multiple times. But the staff was very nice! "

"I paid Expedia in advance but showed up last night to stay at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Appleton and they did not have a room for me. Near by hotels were also full so I slept in my vehicle in their parking lot for awhile and then drove 3 hours through the rain to get home. Expedia please refund my payment for the hotel room you did not reserve for me. Tim Andryk"

"This is a yearly stay for us on Mother's Day, very well liked."

"The pool and whirlpool area was very clean. Whirlpool was given an A+. I usually don't use the whirlpool due to the cleansiness . Looks like they are doing some up dates but did not hinder my stay. Solo traveler feeling safe in the area."

"No elevator to the 2nd floor had to haul luggage up stairs finally got to the 2nd set of stairs a young man help me get it to my room and also help me get my luggage in the car that was very helpful. The doors needed to be updated not very secure no latch on the other side broken off carpet wasn't very clean not a very good selection for breakfast I wont go back"
