The Apartment is located on the ground floor with the direct access to its own private garden full of flowers, herbs, olive trees and lavender.
The garden is exclusively your oasis of relaxation, grilling, reading in silence and can be interrupted only by the birdsong. On the garden terrace is a large table for 6 people next to the your private grill.

The Apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, new, modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sleeping accommodation for two and the exit to the balcony terrace on the front side of the house. Two parking spaces are at the entrance of the house.

The Apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful suburb called Kukci, only 2 km away from the beach and 3 km from the center of the historic City of Porec.
Nearby, there is the excellent restaurant 'Marina' and the grocery shop with daily fresh bread rolls and food.

You can arrive to City of Pore? in 5 minutes by car. City is almost 2.000 years old and it’s located in the harbor guarded from the Sea by the Islet of Sveti Nikola. Since the 1970's Pore? has been one of the main centers of Croatian tourism thanks to very mild climate with more than 3850 hours of sunshine per year.

Take time to visit the Euphrasius Basilica from the 6th century. In 1997, Basilica entered on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

In the old City you can still find well preserved Roman Fort, romantic cobblestone streets and Roman square with two Temples. Also, few houses from the Romanesque period and several beautiful Venetian-Gothic Palazzen are worth seeing too.

Near the Apartment is the only open geological monument located in Istria, the cave of Baredine. Only few kilometars away is the famous Observatory in Visnjan. Worth seeing is the 12 kilometers long Lim Canal ('Limfjord'), famous for its oysters and mussels and its significant cultural and historical Caves.

City of Pore? and the whole Istria County are well known for its Cuisine, Culinary Fairs and Wine Routes.
For music lovers, there are many Concerts as well as for the art lovers a series of Exhibitions and small Galleries.

We can offer you variety of sports like tennis, volleyball, kayaking, biking, water-skiing, scuba diving, hang gliding, mini golf or you can explore various attractions such as ski lift, adrenaline park, go-karting, aqua park etc.

You can leave some time for swimming and sunbathing by the Sea, enjoying 37 km of Pore? Riviera. After a full day of exploring you can return to your oasis and enjoy with a glass of good Istrian wine and a barbecue dinner made by your self.
