The modern concept is reflected not only in the choice of furnishings, but also in the structure of the villa.

The first floor is divided into two separate areas. There is a stylish living and dining area with kitchen, where you are sure to enjoy spending time. Generous glass fronts provide plenty of natural light. This area is complemented by a guest WC and a laundry room. There is also a second area on the first floor with its own entrance. Here you can relax in a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and TV. There is also an en-suite bathroom.

Both areas have access to the large veranda, which offers a wonderful view of the outdoor area. A staircase leads to the private pool with sun loungers, where you can relax and unwind. Nearby you will also find a cozy seating area with a charcoal barbecue for delicious meals.

On the second floor are the remaining 3 cozy bedrooms with TV and en-suite bathrooms. Two rooms have a double bed and one room has two single beds that can be pushed apart. All bedrooms are connected by glass doors to the large terrace, where you will find a lounge area with enchanting views of the surroundings.

Need a little more variety? In the basement of the villa you will find more content for your vacation. There are also 3 bicycles available for you to explore the picturesque coastal town of Porec. Of course, you should not miss a visit to the historic coastal town of Porec, which is only a 10-minute drive from Villa Maya Mugeba. Visit sights such as the Euphrasian Basilica, which is a UNESCO cultural heritage site, or take a stroll along the promenade. Numerous cafés and restaurants tempt you with a gastronomic offer that leaves nothing to be desired.
