This charming holiday apartment is located in a modernised terraced house in the idyllic village of Dracevac, just a few kilometres from Porec and the sea. Spread over two floors, the apartment offers you a cosy atmosphere, ideal for your family. The eat-in kitchen on the first floor invites you to enjoy meals together, while the top floor with its cosy bedrooms promises restful nights. Enjoy the panoramic view from the balcony of the double room and relax at the end of the day.



Dracevac offers you a peaceful base from which to explore the coastal town of Porec with its rich history and Mediterranean atmosphere. Visit the impressive Euphrasian Basilica or relax on the nearby beaches. Go on excursions to the picturesque Istrian villages or discover nature on the numerous hiking and cycling trails. A holiday full of variety and relaxation awaits you.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in echt noch schöner wie auf den Fotos. Sehr liebevoll, modern und stylisch eingerichtet (unsere Teenagertöchter meinten wie auf Pinterest :-)), außerdem sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns noch mit einem Likör zum Einzug und Wein zum Auszug aus Eigenproduktion beschenkt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Wir waren neun Nächte in der Ferienwohnung und sind/waren begeistert! Noch besser wie auf den Bildern und nur knappe 5min Fahrt mit dem Auto zu einem super Strand für die Kinder. Von Porec knappe 10min Entfernung! Super Lage. Vermieterin auch sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder richtig Klasse!!

Wir waren Ende Oktober 2024 hier, Saison war schon vorbei. Es war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Es hat nichts in der Ferienwohnung gefehlt. Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert. Die Betten waren in gutem Zustand. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Ein kleiner Spielplatz für die Kinder ist in der Nähe. Gerne wieder in 2025!
