This charming 45 m² flat in Pornic can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside area :
- A 5 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Pornic, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

a deux pas de Pornic

Très belle location, très bien située qui permet d'aller à pied jusqu'au centre ville de Pornicseul bémol : le ronronnement permanent des voitures de la route nationale juste derrière la construction donc pas très reposant !
