You’ll have a spacious living area with a sitting area and dining space, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and a balcony where you can enjoy a lovely meal al fresco!

The flat:
Situated on the first floor, accessible via a staircase, the flat is laid out as follows:

Living area:
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a sitting area featuring a double sofa bed, an armchair and a coffee table, as well as a dining area with a table that seats up to four guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine…

Sleeping area:
- A spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and large fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, washbasin, hairdryer and toiletries to get your stay off to a good start.
- Separate toilet.

Outdoors:
- A large balcony of approximately 8m², furnished with three armchairs and a sun lounger. Sunny from around 10.00 to 17.00, sheltered from the wind.

The accommodation is ideally situated in a charming, residential neighbourhood. Close to the sea and all amenities: bakery, butcher’s, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, florist, bank, newsagents, tobacconists and a market – all within walking or cycling distance!

Other notes:
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. A deduction from your deposit may be made if necessary.
- Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental. You can book these through the concierge service before your arrival, for an additional charge.
- A private, secure parking space suitable for all types of vehicle is available.
- The staircase leading to the flat does not have a handrail.
