"Had a really great time at this property. Could have used a bit more of a clean, but we made the best of it. The backyard was amazing and we enjoyed a fire every night at the fire pit. Owner was really responsive with questions when we had them. Overall great time at this cottage getaway."

The only downside for me was not understanding that although there are stairs to the beautiful blue waters of the lake, you cannot access the water. It is very difficult to be so tantalizingly close to the crystal clear water and not be able to swim. Unfortunately I did not see this in the ad, it was near the bottom of the very long description. "This little gem is just out of reach of town but close enough to get whats needed to enjoy being under a starry sky! Enough room outside to keep two little girls happy and room inside to just enjoy watching a movie and relaxing. There are so many different beaches to enjoy along the lake side. Highly recommend and hope more people can enjoy the cottage the way we did."

"We had a great stay at this wonderful location. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions but still peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. "Inn was quaint and clean, good location, everything only a short drive. No A/C in the room, but that was mentioned in booking I just didn't realize it. After 3 days of lovely hot weather to room never cooled off that much with only the fans, but the fans did work somewhat. Angus was a great host, good breakfasts and always had good suggestions on what to do/where to go."
