“I did not bring pet, glad I didn’t. The pictures are deceiving. It sleeps 12 comfortably. The dinning set was broken, unsafe, and you sat at your own risk. The main bathroom had spiderwebs and dead bugs behind the door. Another area in the bathroom had hair and dirt near the tub. The tub was not clean unfit to shower in. The grab bar was rusty, and there were no face towels. Everyone had to use the back shower, which was okay. It is not equipped for 16 people. The sun porch was not clean. There……

“Unfortunately, after completing the booking, I never received the entry code. On the day of arrival, I sent the host a message through the VRBO app but did not receive a response. I then contacted VRBO, and their attempts to reach the host were also unsuccessful.VRBO ultimately issued a refund. While en route to the destination, I was able to secure a hotel instead. I hope the host is well. Since I never had access to or saw the property, or surrounding neighborhoods, I’m unable to provide a……

“The first two days of our stay we did not have electricity. City came out to inspect twice and found no problems on their end, and then an electrician came and resolved issues. After electricity came on the stay was nice. Management company didn’t offer anything for inconvenience. ”

“Cozy beach cottage with easy access to the beach. It was quiet, and met every need we had. There was room for entertaining, relaxing, or just setting quietly watching the pelicans and dolphins. Whether watching sunsets, fishing/crabbing, or just walking, the beach was great. The host was easy to contact and answered any questions we had. The house was well stocked and well maintained. “Exceptionally beautiful and well maintained grounds. Beautiful waterfront nature walks, outdoor socializing areas, and various water activities. Cute apartment and generously provisioned with amenities and breakfast (bacon, eggs, and water in fridge with plenty of towels). Quickly responsive and informative communications with Host. Friendly and welcoming folks. Did not use the hot tub because of the murky water--could not see the bottom. Loud rattling of apparently older A/C units in both……
