This 2nd row, newly built 2-story home is a real show-stopper! The open kitchen and living room are comfy and allow seating for all. The island/bar provides seating for dining and ample prep space for creating family meals in the fully stocked kitchen. On the main floor, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom one will have a king, bedroom two will have a queen/queen bunk and a twin/twin bunk. Bedroom three will have a twin/twin bunk and an attached bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. The primary also has access to a private deck with beautiful Gulf views. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs and WIFI capabilities. Enter the password and username provided. Outside on the deck, you will enjoy sunrises and sunsets while sitting comfortably on the deck furniture. Downstairs, you will find plenty of covered, shaded areas to gather with family and friends around the Tiki Bar, complete with a TV. This makes a perfect setting for watching your favorite baseball/football game while the "Grill Boss" cooks a culinary feast on the charcoal grill. You will also find a great sand shower to rinse away all the sand from a fabulous beach outing, which is just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away. You will absolutely enjoy your stay at Bikinis and Martinis year-round.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, however, Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
11 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
