    Experience the best of Crystal Beach in this spacious 2-story home located in the desirable Tidelands Subdivision. Perfectly situated between two beach access roads, you’re just a short walk, quick drive, or fun golf cart ride away from the sand.

    Property Highlights:
    Stunning Views: 3 out of 4 upstairs bedrooms open directly onto the expansive upper deck for breathtaking Gulf views.

    Space for Everyone: A large, pet-friendly layout designed specifically for multiple families to vacation together comfortably.

    Post-Beach Convenience: Features a dedicated downstairs shower area to rinse off the salt and sand after a day in the sun.

    Pet-Friendly: Includes a fenced yard so your furry friends can enjoy the vacation too! (Additional fee applies).

    Premium Amenities:
    Fully Stocked Kitchen: Everything you need for family crab boils or pancake breakfasts.

    Connectivity: High-speed WIFI and Direct TV included.

    Linens Provided: All bed sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels are included. (Please bring your own beach towels!)

    Laundry: Full-size Washer & Dryer available for guest use.

    Outdoor Living: Charcoal BBQ pit (please bring your own charcoal) and a gated yard.

    Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (Early/Late options subject to availability).

    Requirements: Minimum age of 25 to rent. We host family groups and responsible adults only.

    Strict Policy: No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home.

Great time by the beach

We have a large family and this beach house was very accommodating. Also, only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The host was easy to reach. Next time we plan to visit the Bolivar peninsula, we will book with Changes in Latitudes again.

Fun with family

The house was well accommodating to our whole family. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Every one had a good time. The only downfall was the whole peninsula lost power for 2 nights we were there.

Annual Family Beach trip - 2023

Great property for our large family of adult children and our grandkids. Beach access was an easy walk and there was a lot of parking for our vehicles including the golf cart that we rented. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The beach in that area was very clean. We all enjoyed our week!

Wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful family friendly place to stay. We lived the fenced in back yard for yhe kids. The beds were comfy. The water was hot. I wish the kitchen was a tad bit bigger but overall the stay was great! Owners were very responsive to questions and we were able to use the lift for my handicap dad. and

We so enjoyed our week in this property. It met all of our needs. The house was equipped with everything you would need. The location was excellent. One of the guest was in a wheelchair. The lift and the downstairs bedroom made it perfect for him. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Weekend getaway

We go to the beach Friday-Sunday several times a year for mini reboots. The cabin was decorated beachy and comfortable! Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. The owners of this property cared about their guests stay. We were grateful we got it last minute!
