I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the accommodations I received for my stay at Casa Dora. The room provided does not match the description or photos in the listing, and several key amenities were either missing or misrepresented.Here are the specific issues:1.Misleading Room Description:•The listing advertised a 1,006 sq ft space, but the room provided is approximately 108 sq ft (12x9), which is drastically smaller and unacceptable.•It was also described as having 1 full bath and 1 half bath, however, I arrived to find only two small shower/toilet combinations—no full bathroom as promised.2.Missing or Incomplete Amenities:•There was no ocean view, despite being clearly advertised and expected.•The loft area had no sheets, and nowhere in the listing does it state that guests must bring their own linens. Regardless of the number of guests, both sleeping areas should be properly prepared.•No extra toilet paper was provided, and the loft was not made up—indicating poor cleaning and preparation.3.Property Condition:•The exterior pool was dirty upon arrival—I had to clean it myself for my daughter to use safely.•The lawn was hazardous, with sandburs (stickers) throughout the grass, making it unsafe to walk on.•The fire pit was not functional, and the waterfall feature was off, both of which were included in the listing as available amenities.Not a single photo in the listing accurately reflects the room I was given.
