The Space:

This fabulous home is centrally located in the Emerald II subdivision, and is close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. You'll have easy access to the beach via short walk, golf cart ride or vehicle. The Flight Deck also features two furnished decks with great views!



The nicely decorated living space features sumptuous seating, a flat-screen television, and opens up to the well-stocked kitchen, with everything needed to make your favorite family meals, including a beverage refrigerator. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a drip coffee and Keurig machine. There is seating at the large island as well as a dining table with seating for 6. You'll also find a washer and dryer on site for your convenience.



There is a mezzanine deck with a bedroom (one queen bed, and two twin over twin bunk beds), bath, and extra kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker. You'll enjoy the shaded outdoor space on this deck, including a dining table for eating "al fresco".



On the main floor you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths: a primary suite with a queen and a twin bed, and an ensuite bathroom. a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds There are flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, and this home has high speed internet for your devices.



On the ground level, you'll find the perfect spot to grill family meals that can be served while sitting around the table. There is an outdoor sand shower available, which you will enjoy after a day in the sun and sand. Your family will love making memories in this beautifully furnished home!



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. (No smoking on deck or in downstairs area, either.) Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
