「Checking in process was good, they had a great description of what to do when you got to property. No concerns there. I had my family with me on this trip, including a crawling 1 year old. We found the house to be very unclean when we arrived. We found some toenail clippings and some old food bits scattered amongst the floor. Obviously floors had not been swept from the previous guests. The house is older which gives it great character but the small window units that cool the entire...

「What a unique place to stay when you're in the "Old South". We had a few good restaurants within walking distance but couldn't go anywhere but the Italian place three minutes up the street.」

「First, the owner did not communicate the apartment number of the residence. We had to wait on the street while waiting for a reply. Then, when we went in the residence, the furniture was full of stains, a bed had plastic wrap around the box spring which indicates bed bugs, dirty wash rags and dishes in the sink, hairs on the bed, and list goes on. We left. Ate the cost of the stay and went directly to a hotel.」

「The side of the duplex we rented was perfect. It’s in a great neighborhood convenient to everything we wanted to do in Vicksburg. Would stay there again if returning to the area.」

「The property is an older home in a nice neighborhood that is clean and well maintained. Tim and Lucy were excellent to us during our trip and wanted nothing more than for us to have a great stay while in Vicksburg. Their kindness was greatly appreciated and we will book with them again when we come back.」

We loved the screened in porch with air conditioning for the grandkids to have their own space. The owner was extremely helpful in communicating and making sure we were comfortable.
