“Lovely 2BR ground floor apartment, plenty of space for 2 couples. Kitchen very adequately supplied with Kuerig as well as drip coffee maker and a hot water heater. Very accommodating host - she even moved her car to street parking so we had room for two cars. Excellent location.”

“A/c helped a lot”

“Great location, very quiet and the goats were fun !!”

“The unit is located on a major roadway which was unexpected. When we went to wash our dinner dishes the sink drain pipe was not connected and caused a major water mess under the sink. There was water damage under the sink suggested that this had happened before. There is no access to a waher/dryer unit so we were out of towels and needed to request more. The deck had a large broken propane grill on it so we were unable to use the deck.”

“The property is very clean and up to date. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and glasses. There is a lovely shaded back yard.”

“Check in was convenient and easy.Amir was very helpful.Kitchen facilities are complete and accessible.Great job. Neat and tidy house!”

“We had a great stay at LeClair House! We were greeted with snacks, wine, candy and a lovely welcome note. The house truly had everything we could ever need for a weekend, and there are thoughtful touches everywhere. The space is exactly as you see in the photos - quirky, but fun - and very cozy. The location is great with a straight walk to Church Street, close proximity to the South End (and awesome farmers' market on the weekends) and an easy walk to the lake. Hosts were communicative and……

“What was Dissapointing: The pictures misrepresented the home. Paint is chipping on all four sides of the home so be careful of kids and fur babies eating paint chips off the ground. 2. Second floor bedroom has a brick trip hazard with the fireplace awkwardly in the doorway. 3. Other second floor bedroom had a broken bed. 4. Large black ants in the kitchen and beetles were everywhere in corners and even the shower. 5. No one had raked leaves, organized campfire ring of stones or put yard in……

“The condo was clean and well appointed. It was an end unit of 4 attached condos. The walls were paper thin in the unit and to the one adjoining unit. First night I was awoken to loud music at 2:30 am, second night was fine, third night was group partying on the front stoop and 4th night a group of 10 people parked in front of our unit and tried our door first before going to another unit a couple down from us. This was at 11:30pm, quite frightening. I even called 911. Our contract called……

“Such a great place. Reminded me of my family house in Maine. Easy check in and excellent communication. The location was perfect too and we were able to get around town easily. My family would definitely stay here again! Book this house! Also they have everything stocked with very comfortable beds.”

“Cute place, very clean we had all the comforts of home.”
