Perfect home near PSU!

Beautifully maintained 2800+ square foot private home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The home also features a finished basement with a king-sized futon. This house sits on a corner lot along a friendly street of a lovely residential neighborhood. The backyard and back patio are perfect for entertaining. There is a two level patio with plenty of seating and grill access. The kitchen is newly remodeled. Large flat screen in both the family room and master bedroom. The yard is plenty spacious for children but also a short walk to a neighborhood park. Just off the expressway with an easy 6 mile drive to Beaver Stadium and the Penn State campus.

I would give this property zero stars, but I don't think that's an option. We scheduled this place a year ago for our kids' graduation from PSU. 2 weeks before graduation weekend, we were informed that the owner cancelled the reservation. We were forced to scramble to try to find a place for us plus 3 elderly grandparents. PSU graduation is a big deal and everything gets booked up 6 months to a year in advance. These people should never be allowed to advertise their property on this service again. If you can't honor your commitments, then you shouldn't try to rent your house out.

WOW! What a great host! Everything was in place and in order. We had plenty of room. The host took special attention to our daughter's graduation which was an excellent touch. The host was easily accessible and I enjoyed our conversations. I am working on scheduling a football weekend which I am sure will be nothing less than spectacular.
